    We will provide your organization with an invoice, payable via cheque or credit card over the phone.

    Terms and Conditions

      Your (the Sponsor's) submission of this form confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions:
    • This sponsorship agreement is not in effect until a member of the Oasis team confirms acceptance of application to the Sponsor.
    • We reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time. Should Oasis terminate the sponsorship agreement, a full refund will be issued.
    • No advertising is permitted on the grounds of the conference, except within the booth space allocated (if your organization has a booth).
      Booths:
    • Please seek permission before selling merchandise at your booth.
    • Each booth will be provided with one table and two chairs.
    • Booths cannot block the line of sight to the next booth.
    • You cannot move your booth.
    • Limited electrical hookup is available. Outlets may be as far as 30 feet from your table. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords as needed.
