Job Posting: Director of Future Church (Full Time)
The Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) is seeking a Director of Connections who loves Jesus, loves pastors and churches, and is called to strengthen relationships, care, and healthy ministry across our family of churches. This full-time role calls for pastoral wisdom, relational depth, and organizational clarity to support pastors and congregations, particularly during seasons of transition or challenge. By fostering meaningful connections for coaching and care, supporting healthy pastoral transitions and search processes, and resourcing churches navigating complex situations, the Director of Connections helps ensure pastors and churches are connected to the relationships, networks, and resources they need to thrive. The Director of Connections works closely with the Executive Minister and CBAC Team on shared initiatives that strengthen the life of the CBAC.
