New Advent Resource: Restore Brightness

November 18, 2021

An Advent Journey from Lament to Hope

As churches continue to navigate the unique challenges brought on by the pandemic, we have felt a need to provide space and tools to lament and release. To that end, we’re excited to share a brand new resource for our churches this Advent season.

Restore Brightness is an Advent resource that takes us on a journey. A journey from darkness to light. From moaning to music. A journey forged through the coming of Christ.

Designed for multiple settings including corporate worship, small groups, and youth groups, Restore Brightness is organized around the four candles in Advent: Hope, Peace, Joy, Love and Christ. On this page you’ll find short video teachings along with a digital book that contains devotional-style teachings, candle-lighting readings, contemplative practices, and a list of our favourite Advent resources.

Our prayer is that through this Advent Journey, God will begin to Restore Brightness to our hearts and neighbourhoods.
