Job Posting: Associate Director of Youth & Family Ministries (¾ Time – 30 hrs/week)
The Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and strategic ministry leader who loves Jesus, loves the Church, and desires to see youth, children, young adults, and families flourish in their discipleship and mission. This ¾-time role (30 hours/week) will focus on providing leadership, resourcing, and relational support to churches and leaders across Atlantic Canada.
Overview:
The Associate Director of Youth & Family Ministries contributes to the implementation of the CBAC’s Youth & Family vision and priorities, partnering closely with the Director of Youth & Family Ministries. This role plays a key part in advancing our 2024–2028 Strategic Vision: Overflowing with Hope, by equipping and encouraging leaders to join God in their neighbourhoods, foster a culture of discipleship, and invest in the next generation with courage and creativity. The Associate Director will serve as both a strategic collaborator and practical leader—coordinating key events, connecting with ministry leaders, and helping to develop innovative resourcing strategies for youth, young adult, and children’s ministry in our region.
