Today, June 12th, we are giving official notice of a Special Meeting of Members planned for Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at 6:30 pm. This meeting will be to consider proposed Bylaw amendments. This notice is given under the one hundred eighty (180) day rule.
This Special Meeting of Members will take place as a hybrid meeting—both virtually and in-person. The in-person gatherings will be held simultaneously across five locations: Fredericton, New Brunswick; St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador; Middleton, Nova Scotia; Truro, Nova Scotia; and Cornwall, Prince Edward Island.
You can register now for this meeting: go to oasis.baptist-atlantic.ca and follow the registration links for your desired location. Delegates who wish to attend in-person will have to register beforehand. We will also allow delegates to attend virtually.
