Here you will find various options for on-campus and off-campus accommodations and meals.

The Crandall Alumni Meal will be held on Friday, August 8, at noon and requires registration.

The ADC Friends and Alumni Supper will be held on Friday, August 8, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM and requires registration.

On-Campus Accommodations

All rooms come with linens, towels, pillows, soap, WIFI, parking, and access to the fitness center. If you are staying on campus, you will receive a free parking pass for one (1) vehicle.

Meals (Wheelock Dining Hall)

Thursday – lunch and supper
Friday – breakfast, lunch, and supper
Saturday – breakfast and lunch
Children under 10 receive a 50% discount when accompanied by a parent with a meal plan.

After you register for Oasis 2025, you will receive a link to purchase meals from Acadia University’s Wheelock Dining Hall, which can also be found here.
