Retirement Supper

Fifty-eight people gathered at the Smith’s Cove Fire Hall on Saturday, November 26th to pay tribute to Rev. Ron Baxter and Rev. Wayne Fevens, retiring CABC Regional Ministers for our Annapolis/Digby Baptist Association.

It was an evening of warm and hearty greetings and memories from various pastors and churches in our Association that have known and appreciated the work and ministry of both Ron and Wayne over the past 10+ years they have served in that capacity. Both had also served as pastors at one time in the area as well.

They were thanked for their availability and willingness to serve the LORD over the years, utilizing their many gifts and abilities and love for local churches and they look forward to new opportunities to serve the LORD as He directs for the years ahead. A wonderful turkey dinner and great fellowship was enjoyed by all in attendance.
