Title: Faithfully Navigating Tomorrow: Introducing Theo-Futures Thinking

How can Christian leaders faithfully navigate a rapidly changing landscape? This Masterclass offers a dynamic introduction to Theo-Futures Thinking, a practical, theological framework designed to equip leaders to explore, anticipate, and respond to emerging trends shaping the future of the Church.

Together, we will explore how theological reflection and foresight tools can inform faithful leadership amid uncertainty. Participants will be guided through the latest Navigating the Future report, which explores the mega trend of Self-Curated Spirituality. Which refers to a cultural shift in which individuals increasingly shape their own spiritual beliefs and practices, often outside traditional religious structures.

Through facilitated dialogue and futures exercises, participants will learn how to:

• Understand the foundations of Theo-Futures Thinking;
• Analyze emerging trends from theological and practical perspectives;
• Engage in scenario exploration rooted in the mega trend of Self-Curated Spirituality;
• Identify implications and discern faithful next steps for ministry and leadership.
