The CBAC’s Examining Council for Ordination is scheduled for August 5-6, 2025 at the KC Irving Environmental Science Centre Auditorium (lower level), Acadia University, Wolfville, NS. The schedule is posted below. We only publish the times that the Examining Council is interviewing candidates. We do not publish the names of the candidates as this is their information to share. A list of ordinands will be announced at the opening rally of Oasis 2025 and posted on this website.

Candidates will be interviewed for ordination by the Council as appointed by the Associations. If approved, the candidates will be commended to their local church for ordination at their hands.

The candidate interviews are open to the public; council deliberations on candidate interviews are closed to the public. There is limited seating and we ask that priority be given to the candidate’s family, church representatives and invited guests.

Note that we do not permit any photos or audio/video recordings to be taken during the interviews.
