The chances of the church experiencing new health and vitality in a pastoral transition period are stronger if the church has someone serving as a temporary shepherd who has a heart for the church and understands the transition process. \nTo that end\, Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada is offering a workshop for anyone interested in interim ministry. This workshop\, led and facilitated by Dr. Gordon Sutherland\, will benefit those who may be considering serving as an interim. It would also be of benefit to anyone who is already serving as an interim\, as your experience and insights will be a valuable addition to our discussions. \nIn this one-day workshop\, we will explore what a church needs in the way of pastoral leadership during a pastoral transition.
