DESCRIPTION:This week we’re having an important discussion on racial injustice and inequality\, in response to the murder of George Floyd and the global protests against anti-Black racism.\n\nOnline Leadership Circle is an online gathering for CBAC pastors and church staff on issues that are current and important. \nFacilitated by Peter Reid (Executive Minister) and Kevin Vincent (Director of New Congregations)\, this discussion will focus on these crucial questions: \n\nIs there a problem with racism in Canada? Are we over-reacting?\nWhat is meant by the term\, “systemic racism” and what are the experiences of our Black sisters and brothers with this?\nHow can we be more sensitive to Black people and people of colour? How can we become good allies?\n\n \nFeaturing special guests: \n\nRev.
