This workshop\, led and facilitated by Dr. Gordon Sutherland\, will benefit those who may be considering serving as an interim. It would also be of benefit to anyone who is already serving as an interim\, as your experience and insights will be a valuable addition to our discussions. \nIn this one-day workshop\, we will explore what a church needs in the way of pastoral leadership during a pastoral transition.
